1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, gutta percha, etc.)

  • Sterile or single-use dental products once opened

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within the allowed time

  2. Provide:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

  4. If approved, instructions for return/replacement will be provided

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • Replacement is not available, or

    • The order is canceled before dispatch

  • Refunds will be processed via:

    • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), or

    • Bank transfer

  • Processing time: 3–7 working days after approval

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
